Lost or damaged order?
If your order was lost or damaged please contact the shipper before contacting us.  In most cases UPS and USPS will contact us for you.  See RMA details below.

Missing, incomplete or wrong item(s) in your order?
Please email support@highspeedpc.com Please include your order number or reference number, your full name as well as a brief description of what is wrong with your order. 

Order is placed and you wish to change items or cancel?
Email support@highspeedpc.com, We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has shipped we can't change it.  In this case we will arrange for an RMA (return).  Do not send goods back to us without receiving RMA info from us first!


Sales/Shipping Terms and Conditions Overview  

HighSpeed PC, LLC typically ships out US orders within one to two business days after they have been placed (this excludes weekends, holidays, and extremely busy days).  We try our best to get all orders out the same day that are placed before noon EST. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking number for UPS orders) as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. UPS tracking numbers are also available upon emailed request. Orders can be tracked online using our UPS Tracking page.

We reserve the right to choose/change the shipper (UPS, USPS, FedEx or other) for deliveries, costs being equal.  We reserve the right to cancel unfulfilled orders at any time or request payment in advance through money order or certified bank check.
 
HighSpeed PC, LLC nor its owners or partners is not responsible for damage or loss of any kind that may occur as a result of using or misusing any product purchased from us. We will not be held responsible for any typographical errors including instructions, descriptions, prices or terms. We will not be held responsible for missing, damaged, or late package delivery by the shipper.  By placing an order with us you agree to our sales terms, conditions and policies.

HighSpeed PC, LLC is entirely Internet-based with no telephone, walk-in or over the counter sales (yet).

After you add an item(s) to your cart click the 'Checkout' button.  Enter shipping info, click continue and you will be taken to the checkout page. Select your shipping method.  Add the associated shipping cost to your total.  Write/copy the product name and quantity, shipping address/method, billing address/credit card # and order total and fax to: 866-736-1447 (toll free).  Or mail to us with a check or money order:

Whichever method you use, we'll (usually) send out your order within 24 hours from confirmation of payment.

PayPal is now integrated into our checkout procedure, so just select PayPal instead of a credit card type during checkout. (You'll need to create an account with PayPal if you haven't yet)  

PayPal is a convenient FREE service that lets you send "virtual money" to anyone with an email address. And many Internet merchants accept PayPal.  Using PayPal is simple. Just click the PayPal button above. It will take you to the PayPal website where you can open an account, It only takes a minute.  HighSpeed PC is a verified PayPal merchant, click the logo to check our status...

Note:    If using an Unconfirmed PayPal Address we will require Signature at Delivery.  Confirmed shipping address only outside USA.

Choose Your Shipping Method

We have chosen to ship primarily through United Parcel Service (UPS) because we feel their traceable service is efficient and cost effective. Customers must manually select the shipping method they want from the drop-down shipping menu during Checkout.

  • Overnight orders placed on Friday (before noon EST) will be delivered Monday. 

  • UPS won't deliver to a PO Box, please select Priority Mail.

  • Signature may be required at delivery, if you need to know for certain if your order requires signature email us.

  • The shipping rates are pulled right from UPS/USPS servers, which assures accurate shipping rates.

  • We will not be held responsible for delayed deliveries by the shipper.

If a delivery is lost, stolen or not delivered we will contact the shipping company and follow their procedure for tracing and verifying delivery.  (To save time check with your family/neighbors/etc. first).   We will not be responsible for, and can not help you with lost or stolen packages if delivery confirmation or Tracking details show delivery was made.

Please be careful when you enter your shipping information. You are responsible for inputting correct address information during checkout.  The info you submit online goes directly on your shipping labels and invoices. So spelling, punctuation and capitalization are on you.  Mistakes on the address may delay you getting your package and may cost you more money if the package needs to be resent. After an order has shipped, HighSpeed PC will not reimburse for shipping that the customer did not intend on choosing.

Shipping special offers

Occasionally we offer FREE shipping specials.  The free shipping option will be presented to you during checkout when applicable. Limited to continental US only (not AK or HI).  

Computer cases excluded from offer. Computer cases will ship (within continental US only) via UPS Ground regardless of what is chosen during checkout.  We will automatically adjust the total to reflect this.

The Wait List and Pre-Ordering

You ask, we respond!  To better meet your needs we have initiated a "Wait List" program for items that are out of stock or on backorder.  Once an item is out of stock a link showing "Add to Wait List" will appear.   Click on that to add your email address and you will be emailed as soon as the item is available.  This is a great way to be first in line for those popular items that sell out quickly.  View our Privacy Statement concerning your personal info (always confidential).

We've also had many requests to allow pre-ordering on the more popular items that sell out quickly.  On these items the following text will appear when supplies run out:  Out of Stock  Pre-order now or Add me to the Wait List.  To pre-order, continue to add the item to your cart and then checkout.   This pre-order method will assure you get what you need right when it becomes available.  We will email pre-orders with a shipping confirmation once they ship, and stock level updates will be posted on the main page.

Shipping of Backorders and Pre-Orders

Any order containing out of stock pre-ordered or backordered items will ship in its entirety when the item becomes available.  If you need something that's in stock please place a separate order.  Billing is completed at end of day when the order is placed.

*IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

International orders will ONLY BE SHIPPED TO BILLING ADDRESS.  

We recommend UPS Worldwide for all overseas shipments. The shipping table in our shopping cart pulls shipping costs right from the UPS website so they are accurate.

US Air Mail/EMS is a cost effective shipping option but since there is no tracking system we can't guarantee delivery. UPS is more expensive but it's worth it. There are weight limits with these services, if your order applies we will contact you.

You are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees your country or the shipping company charges to import these items. We have no idea what you will be charged, if you are at all, but you may be charged a duty/import fee by the shipping company. Please contact the shipper's office in your country for info.

Canadian customers:  Customers are responsible for payment of all brokerage (Customs) fees, also duties and taxes levied by the Canadian government for importing the items into Canada. We have no control over these fees. UPS will charge you fees if shipping through UPS Standard (ground), UPS Expedited or Express is faster and may cover these fees, keep this in mind during checkout.  See the UPS website for more info:  http://www.ups.com/content/ca/en/shipping/cost/zones/customs_clearance.html 

Please don't ask us to give false info on the Customs/Shipping documentation.  We reserve the right to cancel unfulfilled orders at any time or request payment in advance through money order or certified bank check for high value shipments.  Service to countries limited to certain regions.

Please note that HighSpeed PC is not responsible for international orders once they are shipped. If the item is lost, damaged, or delayed by the shipping service - we are not responsible. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be given by HighSpeed PC, LLC.

Return of merchandise (RMA) and Warranty

Please email us (support@highspeedpc.com) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and further instructions.  

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience ordering with us so we stand by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on anything you purchase from HighSpeed PC. You can return purchases with no questions asked for a refund.*   

  • The RMA process needs to be initiated by you emailing us.  
  • Any items returned to us without an RMA number will delay processing.  Please contact us first.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 20 days after being issued.  
  • After 30 days, please contact manufacturer for warranty info. 
  • Non-functioning/damaged items will be replaced only.  
  • For replacement of damaged goods during shipping: Contact the shipper immediately after delivery. Do not discard packaging and take pictures of the box and contents if possible, this will help with the shipper's investigation.
  • No cross-shipping, sorry.

*Important: 

  • We do not reimburse ship-to or return shipping fees.
  • Refunds are subject to inspection of item and all returns subject to 15% restocking fee. 
  • Please re-package safely and include all original product packaging.  
  • HighSpeed PC reserves the right to refuse refund if item is damaged or marred from purchaser's use/misuse, items are missing, or the product is altered in any way. 
  • HighSpeed PC, LLC and its owners and partners are not responsible for damage or loss of any kind that may occur as a result of using or misusing any product purchased from us. 
  • Tech Stations:   If assembled please un-assemble as needed for shipping.  Return for refund accepted 60 days after purchase date.  Part replacement guarantee for One Year from the date purchased.
  • Water Cooling gear:  No refunds or exchanges given on any water cooling gear once sold. Defective water cooling items will be replaced within 1 year from delivery date, we will under no circumstances reimburse for or replace computer hardware damaged by water or other means.   Cracked/damaged water cooling gear from over tightening of fittings or using additives other than distilled water and InnovaProtect will NOT be replaced.  Please follow RMA procedure.

Privacy and Security

HighSpeed PC respects your personal privacy!

Any information about you, your email address, your purchases, etc. is kept confidential and NOT given or sold to ANYONE for ANY reason (other than a government office or with a court order).  This includes your email if you opt-in to receive our newsletter.

All online orders are processed through a secure 128 bit data encrypted connection. Our shopping cart is integrated into a secure server so your sensitive credit card information is safe.
 
Card processing is NOT done in real time when your order is placed, only your card number is verified at that time.  Orders are removed from our server several times a day and loaded on our local computer for processing.  We manually scrutinize each order processed for validity and may contact you for more information.

We use an industry leader in credit card processing which enables online merchants like ourselves with the ability to offer our customers a safe and secure shopping environment.  Your account info is stored on an OFF-LINE computer for complete safety, our On-line records of your transaction are purged frequently. 

To further help protect ourselves and our customers against unauthorized credit card transactions we employ an number of safety features during processing. These include an address verification system (AVS) and a fraud screen which thoroughly and carefully analyzes each transaction for authenticity. 

IP addresses are being logged and this info will be submitted to the proper authorities if fraudulent activity is suspected.
